The High Economic Court of Ukraine

The High Economic Court of Ukraine is one of the three specialized cassation courts of Ukraine, along with the High Administrative Court of Ukraine and the The High Specialized Court of Ukraine for Civil and Criminal Cases. In accordance with Article 32 of the Law on Judicial System and Status of Judges, The High Economic Court of Ukraine:

a) considers cases of economic jurisdiction in cassation order. In certain cases which are provided by law, this Court can also act as a court of appeals or as a court of the first instance;

b) analyses court statistics, revises and generalizes judicial practice;

c) provides methodological assistance as well as gives recommendations to courts of lower level with regards to delivering judgments in economic, or commercial, cases.
