A plain or patterned fabric that has a layer of a coating adhered to the back of the cloth which blocks close to 100% of the light. This coating acts as a blockout lining for the fabric.

blockout fabric (BO)

A plain or patterned fabric that has 2 layers of acrylic coating adhered to the base cloth. There is no need for a lining for these fabrics.

coated fabric

A fabric that has no joining seams in it. The final length of the curtain can't be more than 2400mm and sometimes 2600mm. (There would be very few curtains that would need to be this long.)
