Home > Blossary: Elaborate
Develop, further create, work out. For ex. Judge or Lawyer, should elaborate document of trial, as well as any judicial document, thus consult, and elaborate data of decision, that refer to this X document. Thus, read carefully, study, view details, and read relative laws, on which decision X will be made, in an analytic way, align legal rights claimed in doc of trial, and 'go to see' in relative CCP, or CPP, the relative law, that support claims, and pre-draw a conclusion, prior to day of trial and audition. Judge can also view cases of jurisprudence, to make decision, on all relative and similar (legal) cases of past. Jurisprudence applies for each case filed, for ex. in Appeal Court, if and when decision is irrevocable, thus for ex. a hard murder has been judged, by this Court of B' Grade, and no remedies follow. We only then can speak on''sentence irrevocably'' and irrvocable decisions. Also High Constitutional Court, and High State Court for cases that regard Administration, adm acts and difference of cancellation of essence, should consult stuff of Jurisprudence, by this (these) same Courts, for decision of final stage and grade, thus final and irrevocable at same time. Let's note at this point that High State Court, should consult stuff of Jurisprudence, of cases, of rather restricted interpretation of law, in similar cases, since in Administrative Law, laws of typical validity apply most, while High Constitutional Court, should rather consider ''cases adjudicated in the past, with vast or more vast interpretation of law, and focus on laws, that contain more rules of law, to find/locate penal cases and search for any necessary 'space of court procedure, that most convene to the case, and adjust the given X case, accordngly.
