1)Intervene is a verb that means 'get involved', interfere, in business and personal issues of somebody else, undetake initiative to solve a problem, or even 'create a problem' to somebody else (=παρεμβαίνω, μεσολαβώ),noun is intervention.

2)Intestacy=έλλειψη, 'lack of testament'=Thus we say legacy from intestacy=εξ αδιαθέτου κληρονομιά, when for ex. a parent dies, and leaves inheriters behind, without having redacted a testament, previously being alive, and these persons who inherit from 'intestacy', thus 'εξ αδιαιρέτου διαδοχή' and are entitled to testament in terms of 'legal share'=νόμιμη μοίρα κλπ

3)Interstate=Εξ αδιαθέτου διαδοχή='interstate succession', when a person dies suddently for ex. or hasn't redacted testament, those most close relatives will forcibly inherit, and have also, as in case of existing redacted testament, to 'accept inheritance' within usually (as in Greece) one year after becoming 'interstate successors' through relative Contract of Notary etc, being the single (legal) person(-s) who inherit as remaining ones

4)Intimate=familiar, in close relationship=οικείος, thus saying 'behavior of intimacy'=συμπεριφορά οικειότητας κλπ or we also say 'feelings of intomacy'=feeling too close to someone etc
