1)Jactitaion is a term that means attempt of deception, cheating, of someone who appears, pretending to be spouse of someone else, while this is not true, with intent to profit from this

2)Jail is noun and means prison, mostly in American English, thus we have phrase for ex. Court condemned him to jail, after found guilty based on process of trial, in simple penal acts jail can last up to fine years, based on gravity, while more serious crimes are punished with more than 6 years etc (φυλάκιση/κάθειρξη..etc

3)Jargon is professional language and terminology used on several fields of job and profession, actually kind of dialect with idions

4)Jeopardize is verb that means expose someone to risk, for any reason, and noun is 'jeopargy' actually meaning 'danger or risk of something belonging to someone. For ex.when a member of family forces another member of it for ex. to sign for a big loan, claiming this for ex. for property safety, and this member does not want to sign for long term loan to bank, but is forced or convinced..to do so, etc then personal income of that person is 'jeopardized', or also term is used for Stock Exchange, and when someone invests his/her money but with risk to lose it or part of it, etc
