Environmental management
Comprehensive environment protection practices that aim to prevent or reduce damages to the natural environment as a result of energy productions. These activities include emergency planning, environmental response, compensation and liability, community right to know, regulations for owners and operators of permitted hazardous waste facilities, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) manufacturing, processing, distribution in commerce, and use prohibitions.
