The University League was organized RT-3851 to develop the protocols that would become the Hub Conventions. The League functions as the Charter authority and adjudication body for all Convention signatories.
Small, medium-tech military force maintained by the Royal House under Constitution and Great Law, for defense against off-planet threats. Guardians are chosen very young and trained intensively in all the military skills, traditional as well as medium-tech. As the only military force directly under the command of the Royal House, they also supply Champions to the Courts of Justification.
