The Boss

"The Boss", played by Morgan Freeman in the movie Lucky Number Slevin, is one of two mob leaders in the city. He is first introduced after henchman kidnap Slevin Kelevra and bring him to The Boss, where Slevin is mistaken as a man named Nick Fisher. The boss orders Slevin to kill the other mob leaders son called 'The Fairy'. Slevin asks if he refuses, and The Boss basically says he has room in his freezer if he doesn't. The Boss appears many times in the movie as Slevin comes and goes with updates. Then you see the plot unfold in the end...
