University of King's College
The University of King's College was founded in 1789 by a group of United Empire Loyalists with Anglican affiliation, but the rebels took it and renamed it as Columbia University, so it’s not clear yet if the newer is the successor of the older. The University of King’s College is currently a small art university (about 1100 students) which offers mostly undergraduate programs. It depends on Dalhousie University for some aspects and their campuses are attached to each other.
