Hoyt Volker

Hoyt Volker is a 48 years old drug lord and brutal human trafficker in Far Cry 3. He is the main antagonist who is described as "Armageddon" compared to Vaas Montenegro, together they are the two most dangerous men to have ever set foot on Rook Island. Hoyt is the leader of the Privateers and also rules the largest slave, drug and weapons trafficking rings in the South Pacific and commands his own private army of bloodthirsty mercenaries. He despises the natives of Rook Island, even telling his men to kill any natives and anyone who helps them on sight. Jason wants nothing more than to end his life.

Here is the in-game description about Hoyt: "After a brutal upbringing by his father, a South African mining boss, Hoyt Volker swore to outdo him. As an adult he manoeuvred to the head of a consortium of pirates by undercutting the boss politically and then literally, finishing him off in front of his family. Today he runs his operations out of Rook Island and commands his own private army of bloodthirsty mercenaries."
