Tracy Mosby

Tracy Mosby (nee McConnell) - born on September 14, 1984, is the wife of Ted Mosby and the mother of his children. She was the bass player as well as vocals for a wedding band called the Superfreakonomics that commonly played around New York. Her friends include Cindy, Kelly, and Louis (who was her boyfriend by April 2013). She studied for her economics degree at Columbia University. She most likely lived at 317 West 115th Street, apartment 7A, until she moved in with Ted.

It is revealed that Tracy dies of her illness sometime in 2024. Ted recalls the time the time he met her and he says from the moment that he met her, he had to love her for as long as her could. His daughter reveals that she has been gone for six years since 2030, when encouraging Ted to ask out Robin, after Ted finishes the story of how he met the mother.
