Depresses pedal to raise top presser bar of machine and positions edge of parchment on lower presser bar.

Brushes cement on edge of parchment.

Bends parchment in circle and positions opposite edge of parchment on top of cemented edge.

Releases pedal to lower and lock top presser bar onto parchment to bond edges.
