Glukozno-fruktozni sirup je zaslađivač koji se dobiva iz kukuruza. Za razliku od tradicionalnog kukuruznog sirupa, koji se uglavnom sastoji od glukoze, glukozno-fruktozni sirup je mješavina glukoze i fruktoze. Mješavina koja se koristi za zaslađivanje bezalkoholnih pića je vrlo slična šećeru i sastoji se otprilike od polovice glukoze (45%) i polovice fruktoze (55%).
