Calculus is the mathmatical study of change. Calculus has two branches, differential calculus and integral calculus.

Having a limit. the set of even numbers between 1 and 20 is finite in general mathematics.
fraction

A number that compares part of an object or a set with the whole. A fraction is written with a line separating the part from the whole.
empty set

A set that has no members. A set consisting of the number 0 is not empty because it has one member.
subtrahend
Mathematics; Calculus
A number that is subtracted from another number. In the equation 7-2=5, 2 is the subtrahend.
square root
Mathematics; Calculus
A number that yields a given number when it is squared. Since 5(5)=25, the square root of 25, is 5.
infinite
Mathematics; Calculus
Not having an end or limit. There is an infinite number of integers greater than 1.
