That part of the racquet that is griped by the hand. Also the manner in which the racquet is held in the hand.
half and half formation

When playing doubles the court is divided in half from the front wall to the back wall. Each player is responsible for their half of the court. This is also called a Side by Side Formation.

The player who is receiving the serve. Also in doubles when the serve is lost by the teams first server. The serve then goes over to their partner.
handshake grip

A way of gripping the racquet. It is just like shaking hands with a person.
