Solar power
Solar power is the conversion of sunlight into electricity, either directly using photovoltaics (PV), or indirectly using concentrated solar power (CSP). Concentrated solar power systems use lenses or mirrors and tracking systems to focus a large area of sunlight into a small beam. Photovoltaics convert light into electric current using the photoelectric effect.

This indicates the variability in the output voltage. Some loads will not tolerate voltage variations greater than a few percent.
wafer
Energy; Solar power
A thin sheet of semiconductor (photovoltaic material) made by cutting it from a single crystal or ingot.
gallium (GA)
Energy; Solar power
A chemical element, metallic in nature, used in making certain kinds of solar cells and semiconductor devices.
