This is a list of descriptions and characteristics of the character that has to be internalized by an actor. This is sometimes made by the player himself to allow him to get to know his character.

An apron is a part of the stage that actors are not supposed to stay. This is the nearest part of the audience and is usually semi round in shape. Actors are not allowed here because no light falls ...

An audition is called for future actors to try on roles. This is the chance for players to show-off their talent in acting, singing, dancing and other skills that are needed in the play.

The time that is expected for actors to be at the set or rehearsal venue. Call time may be at 8:00 AM but rehearsals may begin after an hour or two due to set-up, workshops and other preparations.

This part happens towards the end of the production. This is the time when actors fit their costumes all together to check on uniformity and or contrast on stage.

Curtain may mean "action" for films and "begin" for exercise instructors. This is the term that signals an actor to start acting.

The term that is mostly said by the director to his actors. This is the opposite of curtain (number 15). This means to stop acting for correction or break purposes.
