Imprescribable

The term is an proper noun, that derives from term 'prescription'; this term is used in Penal Law, indicating the timeframe, during legal action has to be taken against a penal act/crime by any interested party, for adjudication in Trial, and hence punishment of penal act/sentence of crime if so..Thus we talk in this case of an Imprescribable right of this said interested party.

Also, in Civil Law, we can talk of 'an imprescribable right in terms of timeframe, during which one has to practice his/her legal rights for a (civil) claim, thus term practice legal right within a deadline of expiry, can also attribute term to this claiming party (as claimant) to a relative legal, right during which timeframe his/her right has not elapsed, (due deadline of expiry), thus remains also, imprescripable (correct term is exactly this :imprescripable thus not prescribed (Pls sorry for putting 'b' instead of 'p' to the word of title, Okay).

Also for penal acts of caught in act by authorities, Police, Civil Police etc, for ex. if someone is caught for ex. in the harbour by Harbour Police, carrying drugs, this penal act, that can be also held as crime should be adjudicated within 24 hours, where a doc of trial is formed by authority, and person X, for ex. drug dealer, or one who should be further investigated for carrying drugs and caught in Port, is led to Prosecutor, who has the right to proceed to legal action self-professionally, thus under his/her Property against that person and adjudicate the case. Thus, fro 24 hours, Prosecutor has also Imprescripable right to do that; if for any reason, act cannnot be adjudicated within 24 hours, then Prosecutor, may give an extension, as PC defines and according to rules and orders of PC as they are defined in it, per case.

Also, in case of suspension of prescription in Penal acts: When do we have suspension of presription? If for ex. perpetrator of penal act, any thief, robber for ex. has been discovered, but the interested party does not proceed to legal action at the time due, then time of prescription is suspended, until he/she does so. Then, suspension of prescription, thus interruptio of timeframe of prescription, starts 'running' again, after deposit of doc of Trial of this Penal Case to Court by Lawyer of plaintiff, (in this case), and doc of trial is accepted by Court; then upon start of time of adjudication of case, we say 'suspension of prescription'. Let's mention, that all timeframes, suspension of prescription, postponed trials etc, fall into the total time of prescription, when right to adjudication of legal act, is and remains unprescribed. All this and much mor eof course per case. Of course, during time of suspension, the right is prescribed obviously, since process of legal act to Court has started and 'runs'..etc
