position light signals
These signals are used for shunting movements. The following two types are used: (1) Position light ground signals (PLGS), which are located on the ground and feature three aspects - one red light and one white light shown horizontally indicate a stop, whereas two white lights shown diagonally indicate a proceed. (2) Position light signals, which are fixed beneath the main aspects and feature two aspects - two white lights shown diagonally indicate a proceed; note that they do not have a stop indication.
