The white creamer potatoes are the young immature and tender version of a common white variety potato. The skin is pale burlap in color, thin and rich in moisture content. Although creamer potatoes are great for boiling and roasting, they make a great fryer potato and are the principal ingredient in "Tim's Cascade Chips" - the name, a nod to the white variety of potatoes used to make the chip.

Geography/History
