English Legal Glossary (continues) with terms: Impertinent- Implicate-Imply

1)Impertinent=It's adjective that means not pertinent, this is someone who is not subject to data of a matter/affair, has no relationship with the issue in question, who doesn't actually know anything, is not informed, is not aware of the problem/matter/issue.-Another meaning of term is one who is not not shy, is not shamed to talk freely, is rude and audacious, not polite at all.

2)Implicate= It's a verb that means involve someone in a problem, issue, matter, affair, claim that one 'is subject to this case, can usually be in a negative way, thus involve in accusation, denounciate as guilty one of something, or complice of someone in an illegal case, in crime, theft, robbery, any penal or more serious penal act, crime. //-The etymology is the word plot=in Greek=πλοκή + verb=ply, means create in a complex way and make it to seem so. The deriving noun is 'implication'=involvement in an illegal issue/penal act, thus accusation. ///-It also means, impact, consequence (negaitve way). For ex. he did not realize the implication of his words, thus further interpreted, is where his words, or wit in oath in Court, would lead, the results actually of one's words, ones's acts, mainly when someone acts in a non thoughtful, wise, prudent way, often having an unpredictable, non justified or logical, thus absurd behavior, that could have a negative impact on him/her, anyone who does so.

-Imply, is mean in depth, mean something but in a silent, latent way./-For ex. 'implied consent'which means give one's consent, but let it be implied/guessed, not orally, thus explicitly, or written. For ex. the contract implies, thus lets others guess, other implied terms that are concluded from the already existing ones, in a quite reasonable way. We also have the expression implied renewal of contract in Work Law: This means, that for ex. employee or boss of an enterprise/company where someoe works, want both or one of either parties wish solution of contract. Or in case, there's been suspension of work, and boss finally pays the salaries due, while employee (for ex.), has wanted to leave job, but employee comes to the office on the following day, and starts working again; or also another case of Work Law, of Contracts is that for ex. Both parties, employer and employee have agreed and signed a job agreement, in written (Contract case) and under term that contract will be terminated after one year; this time period passes, and finally last day of contract solution has come, while in the meantime the new employee has 'exceled' in his/her job position, and on that lat day, the director/boss etc does not call him to his/her office, to sign for solution of contract,.then it may be implied in this case, that contract tim is extended, etc.
