The joint gross merchandise volume (GMV) of Taobao Marketplace and Tmall.com exceeded 1 trillion yuan for the year ended March 31, 2013. Taobao.com gives facilities to its user to sell their product in a fixed price or Auction. Auction make up a small percentage of transaction.
