A swimsuit designed for Muslim women, which covers the whole body apart from the face, hands and feet. Unlike a wetsuit, the burqini is designed from thinner, swimsuit material, so as not to restrict movement.

The burqini was designed by Aheda Zanetti for her company name Ahiida in 2003.
