(or harmony) with the landscape is the degree to which individuals perceive wind turbines to be integrated with the landscape. The perceived impact on landscape seems to be the crucial factor in public attitudes towards wind farms, and opposition to the visual despoliation of valued landscapes has been analysed as the key motivation for opposition to wind farms.
